GOOD FULL BODY WORKOUTS
In a full body workout, you are exercising every major muscle – chest, back, arms, abs, and hamstrings. Because this type of workout includes exercises like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses, exercises are done to engage the muscle groups in one movement. This article includes some videos that include good full body workouts.
Because you are using muscle groups and is considered resistance training, full body workouts should not be completed every day. Therefore, you should give your muscles enough time to recover. For example, if you are working out five days per week, three of them should focus on resistance training.
