Homemade Pasta Sauces & Zoodles (Videos)

Many jarred, store-bought sauces contain many weight loss sabotaging ingredients. These sauces are high in calories, and contain fats (including saturated fats), sodium, carbohydrates, and are loaded with sugar!

2 cups of zoodles:
Calories – 66
Carbs – 12 grams
Fiber – 4 grams

  1. OMG! Yum. I’ve taken notes and will definitely be trying these recipes at some stage. I’ve debated using zoodles in the past but had no idea how to prep them but this super easy video makes it clear for me. I often make my own tomato pasta sauce but these recipes show some brilliant twists on the ones I make. Off to decide what day these meals go into my menu plan!
